The comments on the 'show comments' tab and the inline-comments below posts should now all identical styling/colorings/buttons/etc.

This also means all mod actions, user actions, and admin admins will now also be accessible from the 'comments' tab.

it was actually a decently involved update, in which 170 more lines were deleted than added, so if you see anything broke please let me know,

i also fixed a bug where comments would still show up under the 'comments' tab even if they were blocked
